TTR fuel overflow fix
Ok, here it is. I have come up with a system to recover fuel that spills from the carb overflow tube in wheelies etc. I found that a catch can filled up to fast to be practical so there needed to be a pump to return the gas. The idea came from my buddies SV650 which uses a vacuum operated fuel pump (install is way cleaner than an electric). I found after a serch that
my local dealer sells a pump for a snowmobile for $18 (SV was $70). The pump just needs
a single hose from manifold vacuum and most bikes have a port on the intake after the carb that is perfect. I found a 6 oz. fuel cell at the hobby store for 5 bucks and mounted it to
the swing arm. The pump is mounted in front of the rear shock on a bracket I made and I used a few feet of fuel and vacuum hose. I have about 3 hours on the bike since install and haven't had leaks or running problems and recovery bottle stays empty. Thanks for reading the long post, here is a pic of the install... word.

Re: TTR fuel overflow fix
Thanks for the props! I ended up getting about 6 and a half hours on one tank before
I had to switch to reserve which is quite an improvement. The only drawback is that the
fuel valve must be shut off when the engine is not running to keep the fuel tank from draining.
Otherwise it all works as planned, no more fuel on the ground or on the
back tire. :YEAH
