What Set Up Should I Use?

sup stunaz,im gearing my gixxer750 to learn 12's,and i was wondering what set up to use, i was thinking to go 2 down in front and 2 up in rear,what you guys think?your help is appreciated

Changing the gearing wont make it any easier to scrape the tail. It'll make it easier to wheelie slower. Maybe you want that too.

1 down in front 2-3 up in rear,what you guys use?

i havent done a 12 yet but i use 1 down front 3 in back,what year gix?

I have an 00 Gix 750, all i did was drop 1 in the front, and it lifts very easy for me, just practice the wheelies, pretty soon you won't even need it and will be able to do it on stock gearing. just keep practicing

Although I have a RR I learned using 1dn 1up. I now am 1dn 8up. pros/cons. con: 1up took more revs to bring it up quickly. pro: while the 8up brings it up effortlessly, learning throttle control would have been harder cuz the 8up is very sensitive/twitchy.
I would do 1dn 2up for now and go up more in the rear when u progress. my .02
