my **** is poping out of first anyone know whut the hell it is and how do you fix it ..i have a spare tranz

 

dunno if this will help, but it should be the problem...trannys suck first off, we all use them and abuse them...with ur problem its probly a shift fork, or ur clutches are shot, maybe the springs are shot since all the plates are gonna be worn out. i say drain that sh*t out and tear it apart, whatever is the most bent, burnt, or broken is ur problem...goodluck laterz

 

929s **** the bed just about as soon as they hit 20000 miles. I know my last 3 did. 1st one did the same thing but with second gear, it would fall back to neutral. The gear was shot. Cheaper and easier sometimes to just put a fresher motor in.

 

If it's popping out of gear then the shift fork and actual gear need to be replaced. It can be worse than that depending on how long the problem has existed. There is a shift drum as well and some other small things that could be bad, but the fork and gear are basically guarenteed to be bad.
Costly job depending on how much your able to do yourself.

worn dogs on the gear and prob. lots of other worn parts along with it (shift fork/drum etc.)
