what tool do you use to make holes for zip ties on your plastics? is it a dremel or not? if so what kinda attachment do you use?

use a drill to make holes if you dont have a dremel. all you are doing is making a small hole.

if you are going to make holes for sliders or a cage, i would suggest using a step down bit. you will have a perfect circle everytime.
