umm, okay, my buddy's 6rr cable broke, and its not my bike, I am fixing it for him. We've got a 929 idle cable from another motor. Where is the stock cable location!!!!@>>?????? We cant find it because the end is broke off in the hole wherever it is. assuming you can relocate the cable as you would do on the f4i's, we plan on doiing that. I know how cuz I did mine as long as its not way different. Let me know if it is. Thanks....

 

if ya fixed yours then its gonna be the same. one end will go in the throttle grip housing and the other will run down to the carbs (right in the middle)

 

nah dude not throttle cables.......idle cables....geeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssshhhhh

 

found out that to do a secondary idle cable the throttle bodies are definately gonna have to come off. Maybe next time......seeing as how its not my bike......these 6rr's are fu(kin cyborgs. two fuel rails, two sets of injectors, way too many wires here and there. thank god for the f4i!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway. 929 cable aint gonna cut it, anybody got any ideas for this cable?. Dont really want to wait the week or so to get the stocker from the dealer
