i have a 02' cbr 954, i found out that these bikes have a (hiss) system or anti-theft. inside the ign switch, my problem is that i broke this and now the bike wont start, this has happened befor but i did have another 954 sitting around so i just took that on off key and all. everything comes on but the fuel pump but they told me that anti-theft runs through the comp so i cant hot wire it, any ideas would be great or getting a new ign from someone would be good too. (it's the pink wire that runs under the key)

 

i heard something about getting new igntion and ECU? not sure i know my f4i i just pluged up the igntion and it worked fine.

 

Anyone figure this out? now i have this problem, will a dealer be able to reconfigure my ECU to a new ignition or something?

 

i know it has nothing to do with the ecu, iv taken and plugged a 929 ignition into a 954 and it worked fine. but i dont think you can use a 954 ignition on a 929 though
