i have a friend that wants to get a cage for his zzr.
ive looked around but couldnt find anyone that makes a cage (atleast i couldnt find anything on anyones website.

does anyone stunt a zzr?

anyone know of a cage for his bike?
or are we gonna have to fab our own cage for it?

 

if it is the zzr600 it should be identical to the 00-02 zx6r and there are several options for a cage. I have a F.I. cage on my 00 and it works well

 

he was saying it was the same as a 6r as far as alot of stuff goes,

so a zxg6 cage will work?
what year zx6r cage will fit on a 05?

The 05' zzr is identical to the 00-02 zx6r, everything is the same. The 05 zzr's are actually leftover stock from kawi. If you look they even come with dunlop 207's which they dont make anymore. Same tires they came with in 2002

 

yeah 905 makes cages also, depends if you wanna lean or not... FI you cant take corners 905 you can...also 905 makes a 12-bar... shats hard to find for my zzr but I deal

 

Do Not!!! I Repeat DO NOT!!! Put a 905 cage on that bike!!! Trust me from experience. They might work on other bikes, but not this one! Go for anything different. And yeah, 00-02 zx6r will work.

 

I have yet to have a problem with my cage... its been down twice nothing like a 60mph crash but its been like 10mph and a chick dropped it... you tell them not to let the clutch out...and women dont listen she let it out...lucky for her I was on the back holdng it up so she didnt get hurt but the bike got scratched more...oh well gonna get worse...lol
