Practice, they can be done stock, or just go +3 in the rear sprocket and -1 in front. will keep the bike's top speed high and allow you to pop up easier.
And practice in first gear. Sit back, clutch it and pull up. Body position is very important on the rr. Sorry if you dont understand my english
