Front End Twitch

I ride a 04 gsxr600. I pancaked from 12 yesterday and now I have the strangest feeling from the front brakes. I can break hard and everything feels normal, but now when I try to roll stoppies I get this jitter from the brakes that almost feels like a car's ABS. I can still roll stoppies though, it doesn't really affect the brakes operation, it's just when I get the rear off the ground the front it jerks. It's really strange, I've got no idea what it is. My forks don't appear to be bent, the wheel and rotors are both fine. I'm at a total loss, has anyone ever had a similar issue?

Re: Front End Twitch

My rim appears to be fine, when I've had bent rims before I would get headshake just driving normally and it is a side-to-side motion. This only occurs while I am rolling stoppies and it feels like a front-to-back twitch. I think it my be something in my brakes, but I don't know.
