Well i got all the blue sprayed on my bike now im really satisfied how it came out, i coulda done more sanding on the bondo spots but its no biggie because its goin to get scratched again anyway eventually.

The front cowl and the front fender are also done just not mounted on the bike. Gas tank isnt painted because i dont have one to paint (if anyone has any F2 tanks in pretty minty shape PM me). Flames will go on the rest as soon as i get a gas tank. The silver i picked even matches the swingarm and frame pretty close.

Gotta tell this.. who else has tipped there bike over because they thought the kickstand was down? i did that today of course RIGHT after i put all the plastics on i was sitting on it to see how the flames looked behind my leg and such. Went to put it back onto the kickstand and wasnt really payin to much attention and it took a dive. It was on the grass but it ended up landing ontop of this metal container i keep all the bolts/fairing bolts in and scratched/chipped bondo on the left side so now the once smooth paint now will have dips but still be painted Why does **** like this happen only after you have the fresh plastics on? hahah

my dumbass tipped my bike over this after noon while i was washing it...
i was standing on the left side and was talking to my friend looked away for a second and didnt relizei put my weight on it.... BAM, fell over, BUT not a single scratch...thank you frame sliders !

 

hhahaha yeah it had frame sliders till i pancaked it from 12 lol. Its goin to get a MXD cage once i get my *** a job (never quit your job befor you have another one kids ). Also once MXD makes a 12 bar for it will get one of those too.

 

Is that your stunt bike? I might be able to help find a tank but I need the year 1st. I can call around & get a price for ya. If I find one I'll give you the info...........

any f2/f3 tank is fine but mines a '94 small dents are ok and a gas lid with it would be FANTASTIC hah.

 

nova man arn't you riding a yzf 600r. are you rockin slow stuff, my friend is afraid to slow his yzf cause its a solid frame. and if he breaks his subframe ...

I was doing the whole painting and everthing after I borrowed my CBR for one guy and he crashed it and messed up whole bike. I did it with help of my friend.
I think we did it preety good.
But now this bike doesn't exist. I've sold it in june last year and not long time after that new owner had bad accident...he thougt he was beter rider than he realy was.

 

yeah im painted it all myself, I like the color scheme of your old F2 looks pretty sharp.

Whats the deal with the front cowls on these things?? Mines the only F2 ive ever seen that has a 1 piece front cowl, theres no seams like you see on that one. Squidmarks F2 also has the seams on his front cowl. Mines all one piece?

 

Maybe you don't have the stock one(maybe some aftermarket part)?
I have never saw F2 with one piece front cowl... everbody who had F2 form my friends had 3 piece like mine.
But I've heard that there was some comapny which made front cowls in one piece. One guy wanted to sold me something like that when I was searching for cheap parts when I was repairinng my bike after crash.Few days later I found original and bought it.

 

Shittiest gayest thing happend today, was doing about 100 MPH down the interstate when i hear a crack and something hit my foot... i look to the side of my bike NO MORE SIDE FARING!!! the ****in thing SNAPPED OFF!!!!! so now not only do i need a gas tank but a right side faring as well talk about shitty luck.. one thing after another lately and the season hasnt even started *sigh*

does this mean i should sell the bike befor i die or total it out? lol.

Oh yeah i was going into the wind which was blowing about 30 MPH today pissed me off

i want a salvage f4i now :o

 

that sucks but don't give up... **** hapends!
Take of the other side fairing and it will be OK for some time untill you get new one and paint it.

Chain that'd be cool of ya. Ebay has a few diff tanks/side plastics for around 50-80 ish that im keepin an eye on but it kinda sux not having a job.

My life story:

No job... No money... Broken bike (still rides)... Restoration car just chillin (no money and my only car) Susspended license... And last night i was SITTING IN A PARKING LOT when a cop rolls up on me and now i got a Citation for driving unders susspension (lucky i didnt go to jail)... And i quit smokin pot so i cant relieve stress that way...

Life seems to throw rocks at you all at one time and i dont like gettin stoned anymore
