Has anyone ever titled or registered a bike w/ a salvaged tiltle?
I only ask this because my friend wants to buy this 929 but it has a salvage title and i aint got no advice for his situation. Any info good or bad will really help me alot. THANKS

depends where you live... typical procedure is to:
1) go to the notary and get the forms needed
2) set up the bike according to the forms
3) get an inspection station or police to inspect it
4) 4 photos of the bike sent in with forms
after that they should send you the rebuilt title in the mail

keep all reciept for everything that u replace. do not buy **** off ebay. the main purpose of salvage reinspection is to make sure u r not using stolen parts
