If you want easy and fast, cluth that SH**! I got an 02 600 and my stocks do the job for me on standups and sitdowns in 1st and 2nd gear, but I havn't really gotten into the technical wheelies yet, I guess it all depends on what type of wheelies your going for.

sounds like you want to learn basic wheelies, do it stock, after you get BP down stock on 1st+2nd standups and your ready to move on to slower stuff THEN consider sprockets, but it's easier to learn it stock, it will be less twitchy

Yeah dude if you're starting out you're really better off just getting good on stock gears first. If you do gear it though, go like -1 +2 or something like that, just to give it a bit more low end pull. But if you go gearing it really really low it will be twitchy as hell and harder to keep at B.P.

Mine comes up plenty quick with stock gearing...I'm re-learning wheelies, but over a year ago...before my crash...it would snap up fast in first or second w/ the clutch.
