ok i just put my 929 back together and the damn thing won't start..... its fludding like no other.... but its fuel injected so i dont know how it is..... is there any wires or anything i need to check. everything else sounds normal.... but it'll try to fire and start for a sec then it will just crank and crank until the battery dies and i have to recharge it.... anyone have any ideas?

 

dude pm me with a list of exactly what was wrong and what you did befor this problem and ill try trouble shootin the prob with ya cool? im a pretty good mech

 

make shur all your sensors are cliped tite i just put my back to gether because i painted the frame and the same thing happend to me it was the senser thet is pluged directly into throttle boddies

 

Hey I have a 929RR that I can't get the fuel pump relay to come on. I know for sure that the fuel pump works tried it on another bike. Not sure if the tip over switch or some like that might be holding it up. It will crank but fuel pump nevers comes on.

 

it defanitly sounds like your tip over switch check that make shure its pointing up its should be on a silver peice that holds the back of your tank on youll have to remove the tank to get to it if its not that check fuses if not fuses tilt switch mite have gone bad

this being the one on the far right side of the throttle body?... caus if so... its on good.

 

if not the switches... or connections...

possibly the spak plugs may be fouled..

replce them and see if it will start...

if your not geting spark then the fuel will just stay where it is a flood...

ya check the spark plugs pull um out if there black as night get rid of um if there white as day get rid of um

 

and not to be an *** but make shure you have all of you plug caps on the rite plug go from left to rite 1-2-3-4 if there not on rite you may be geting spark but not at the rite time
