Re: f4i 905 install
i kno the spacers go between the cage and the frame. on the middle mount i believe it goes washers on the bolts, then slide the bolt through the cage so the washers r on the inside of the cage. then on the outside slide that spacer on the bolt so its between the cage and frame. the front mount by the pips is simple its jsut one bolt. not sure about the rear mount tell me what you have left to work with after all that and im pretty sure i can tell you the order. jsut cant remember by my self.

Re: f4i 905 install
havent personally done a 905 install......but i know whats up
you need to put the side without the bar on first. just look at the mounts & the spacers should explain themselves. put the bolts in but dont make them too tight. this will give you a good idea as to where to cut the holes for the bar. cut a very small hole and then do it on the other side too. once the holes line up, gradually make them larger until you can get the side with the bar in, but without bolting it on.(just hold it up to the mounts)
now bolt on the side with the bar, but no tight. you want to connect both sides of the cage together, but not tight. now tighten up the motor mounts and the other mounts to the frame. now tighten the bolt that connects the 2 sides. make sure they are tight or you will mess up mounts when you crash.
if you need anything else, get back to me. i install cages all the time.

Re: f4i 905 install
i've never owned a 905 cage, but it's pretty much self explanitory. line the cage up and see where exactly it mounts to your frame (or subframe on certain applications)...if the fairing is in the way, shave some of it off to make room. as far as the spacers, one of 'em will probably be longer than the other...the long one goes on the right, to clear the case, or maybe that's just how they make 'em for my 636, i don't know. hope that helps a little. 3 hours???? damn, i never heard of that.

yea i won a 905 cage off ebay for $150, but i've emailed the seller 5 times in the past week trying to find out howmuch it would cost for shipping, but i think he doesn't want to sell it cause he didn't get what he wanted out of it.
