900rr oil pickup

I just got my first true stuntbike, and have been rocking some long wheelies on it. I cant help but worrying though from things I have heard on stuntlife....

Does this bike experience oil starvation when you ride it like this for long periods of time?

I hear ppl say to fill the bike up with oil further, or to just not worry. If it does have oil starvation, is there something you can buy to fix this? its a 1995 CBR900rr.

Re: 900rr oil pickup

I think its awsome. I mean, compared to anything I have ever stunt ridden before, it makes things simple! IMO, its great.

Thanks for the advice. I will just add the extra oil.

Re: 900rr oil pickup

900's are junk....over 4 years i have blown 14 motors.....i ended up running 5.5 quarts of oil in them at the end to keep them going, they took it like a champ, if anything will blow out, it will be the oil filter o-ring first......pm d-aces dan for an oil pickup, it extends the oil pickup to the rear of the motor, just remember not to use silicone gaskets cause the heat will break them apart and clog your oil pickup.
