Stoppies
Re: Stoppies
hey bro you gotta start them faster too, start at a comfortable speed use about 80% of your front brake as you rock your upper body weight forward, with your arms locked strait, and as the back starts to come up ease off the brake a little. make sure your centered too or it could drift from side to side.

Im sure when you get old enough to ride a big bike your goin to be pretty damn good on it.
But untill then people would rather take there advice from someone with experience on somethin there riding.
Also i dont like the fact that you have a picture of someone else doing a wheelie on a sport bike in your avatar, even though it says under your name "guess which one isnt me"

Question though when talking with some friends who also have '96-'99 GSXR's. Whenever I would get the rear off the ground and come back down, the bike would die. Didn't do it at first, main guess on my part is because I wasn't up as high. But now that they are SLOWLY getting higher the bike dies when it lands. Anyhow my friends were saying that I need to bend the little lever on the kickstand so that it would be in contact and the kill switch wouldn't be engaged when the kickstand drops a little. Just wonder about that part also.
