Get far enough over the front...at first you can look down and try to see your front tire, as you get better you can look up, point at the peeps, ect.
try to keep the tire spinning slower than you normally would at first this will give you more control.

It may help to "flatten" your front (20psi) and balloon your rear (45-50psi) to get started. This will help the front stick and the rear burn. You may try it WITHOUT the clutch to see if it is any easier. I find the front much less likely to want to lift if I don't dump the clutch.

Hey man,
if you are looking to roll into a nice looking burnout next time you are comming from a stop light or where ever at about 10 mph, stand up and lay forward on your bars and give it all its got...... it may not bee what your looking for but on my r7 it actually goes quite good, and impresses the ladys also, haha ill ttyl

u want 2 position all ur weight on the front tire
i like the advice about leanin over the bike far enuf 2 c ur front tire
to break it *****, assume the position get rollin about 10mph, ease on the front brake and give it a lil bit of gas and slip the clutch
another piece of advice that helped me, 'set ur nuts on the gas tank' - Digidy

I was trying them last night in the rain. I've realized the RRs breaks are really grippy and I've been using too much break. The few time I did get it spinning the front tire was sliding through the puddles which made things rather interesting. I'm gonna have to try it again when it's dry out.

Getting your weight as far forward is about the best advise, that and try and not spin the tire too fast or it becomes hard to steer. I have only tried them a few days but I can get them to break free pretty easily now.
I just have a problem once the tire heats up it becomes extremely hard to start another burnout. Oh and I need more practice on control with steering and stuff.
Later.

i didnt drop it but i got really close...i have no idea how your supposed to do em but i slam my front break and dump the clutch, the **** gets spinnin pretty fast, then i ease off the throttle until i dont see as much smoke in my mirror, then i just turn and fall
this **** is tooo much fun
