I need some help, no clue what the problem is as of right now.

Bike was working just fine this morning, all of a sudden I couldn't get the bike off the trailer because the back brakes are locked. So then I finally get it off, I go to ride...I make it about a block and it shuts off on me. I start it back up, put it back in 1st, slowly release the clutch till I hit the friction zone and as I release it the bike shuts off. I do this a couple more times then it finally starts to move. I go a half a block and it just slowly dies on me.

 

what kind of bike?? Starts and Idles Fine??

 

99 Honda with 02 motor.

It'll start and idle but once I go to fire it up, it does nothing at all. I can't even put it back in neutral.

 

Any idea what it could be
