Rolling Stoppies

Ok, I don't know what I'm doing wrong here.

I can do stopping stoppies, but I can't get them to roll.

I weigh 250 (ya i'm a big boy), I have front tire at 30psi, preload at 2 lines, and soft rebound. I'm bouncing a bit and putting the weight forward on my palms and feet.

I'm not sure what the problem is but its not coming up until i'm at 3mph. I usually start at around 20mph and gradually squeeze the brake (2 fingers).

Any advice would be great.
