tank spread / high chairs

i did my first tank spread today, but im wondering do you guys use a rear hand brake for both tank spreads and high chairs? thanks guys.

i learned with out one and i can do them with out using the one i have but to know it's there is a wonderful thing ....lol

to be honest any thing faster then an idle you should just use engine brake unless you mess up and dip too far back then grab the handbrake
