ok im not talkin about seat stand wheelies. im talkin standin on the seat while the bike is movin. im a total noob but your advice could potentially same my life.lol. so here goes....do i need a steering dampener? do some guys use a throttle clip or cruise control on really long seat stands?what gear should i be in?what speed should i be at? id apreciate any advice or stories on how u progressed at seat stands,things to watch for etc....thx

bump, cause i have the same question, but i think they just turn the idle up for long standers.

thats what i do and just a few words of advise 1 gear up cause even know this is a very easy trick it can be very bad if you fall off 2 make sure you got gas cause if the bike shuts off when you are up there it's a guaranteed face plant with a chance of bike up the ***

NO steering damper!!! that will make the bike sway from side to side.. put it in neutral, way safer!

I dont do it anymore cause its a gay *** trick the simplicity in it makes it gay to the people that know how to ride and know it isnt hard.
But do it infront of a crowd and they'll probably like that more then circles.

Way i used to do it tho was in neutral its pretty easy once your up there.
