help! how to make a wheelie bar gilera runner
hello i need some help to make a wheelie bar for my gilera runner
how long should be the bar
of what kind of iron
or is there some one who hasé a picture of it

Take the rear plastics off
Get some steel "flat bar" about 40mm wide x 4 or 5mm thick
Make the bar sit out about 12" from the rear light (you can easily shorten this as you get better)
Cut and weld two strips of the steel to the rear frame (near handles or similar) be careful of fuel tank and plastics melting etc. Also try to make them even as possible and parallel.
Stand the bike up on the rear and mark the angle required to cut the steel off at before welding on the rear plate joining the two together.
If you want to get really flash ;-) then drill and tap another piece of steel the same size as the rear plate, drill slightly bigger holes in the rear plate itself and bolt this extra bit on the back of the new bar. (replacable skid plate WOW)
