f4i exhaust

so im working on slow highchairs and the other day my exhaust ripped off lol... i dont feel like dicking with it making a new bracket, and it seems to actually be runnin stronger without it, should i worry about burning up the valves from not enough back pressure? is there any other reasons why i wouldnt want to do this other than its obnoxiously loud? i have a spot where noise is no consideration so i dont really care about that...

Re: f4i exhaust

Go for it! The cold air will heat up down the pipe, will warm up way before your valves will cause some sort of warp. Look at the top fuel rails. They use very short pipes. Same cold air will heat up those shorties without any affect to the head or related parts; on the shutdown.

Re: f4i exhaust

put a shorty pipe on it, connects direct to the header, I got one I'll sell for cheap.
