throttle control wheelies
throttle control wheelies
I can get the bike up no problem, but every time i try to give it more gas to get to or past the balance point my bike comes down. Is it cause of my clutch or something I am doing wrong? this is with a 636 2004. thanks

Re: throttle control wheelies
From what you are describing, sounds like you are not punching the throttle hard enough when u clutch it up, then you are trying to throw more throttle in to get it higher, which speeds the bike, bringing u to end of gear, hence making front end come back down.. What u need to do is throw a lot more throttle in when u clutch it up so it snaps up to BP.. Then Use rear brake to balance mixed with a little throttle.. Your wheelies will slow down, be higher and u can ride them longer then.. Granted doing this the bike will snap up a lot harder and higher so be ready..
