So last night i got a wreckless driving ticket and driving out of class. I heard there are a lot of loop holes in getting out wreckless driving. Should I go straight to a lawyer or talk to the da?

there are loop holes, make them work for a conviction, i've had a pending case since the middle of the summer that i'm still working on myself

 

Well the good thing is I wasn't speeding. There were 5 of us and I was the only one that stopped. Only 3 of us were doing wheelies so the other 2 just turned around. I saw that the trooper wasn't far behind so i figured it would be better to stop instead of run and get cought. I'm pretty sure we all would of got caught if I didn't stop. They let my brother come follow me home so my bike didn't get impounded. Haha ive had my bike for four years now and these are my first two tickets. Go figure I go all out, lol
