noob with wheelie questions

hey guys, i tried to do clutch ups like the "sticky" said but the frt wheel won't come up, and my buddies are making fun of me for doing clutch ups. they do power ups and are able to ride 12 o'clocks no problem and ride them forever. what am i doing wrong with clutch ups?, i start in first gear and about 15mph pull the clutch in and let the rpm's to go up a little bit, and nothing happens. should blip the throttle a little bit? and for beginners what would be a good rpm range to let the clutch back out? thanks for listen guys and hope i didn't waste your time

get rolling and when you get to about 8k slip the clutch in and at the same time blurp the throttle. try a lil blurp at first so you can get used to the bike starting to pull up and as you keep practicing blurp it a lil more each time until you can get it to snap up. dont hold the clutch in at all unless your doing it from a stop.

Just make the bike go yut-ughh. If you don't hear that sound, you should at least try for braaappp. If you get neither, check to make sure the bike is running then try again.
