can anyone beat the f4i bog
Re: can anyone beat the f4i bog
new plugs , clean air mod and dial in your stock idle cable to get the mixture right for the rmp you have your second idle cable set at

Yeah, mine all of the sudden went to ****. It has been fine and then over the course of about 2 days at the lot, after it gets warm it bogs so bad it's dangerous. It seems fine at high rpms. I'm going to change the plugs and check the battery today.

Re: can anyone beat the f4i bog
word, my bike was bogging the last couple weeks, finally i changed the plugs, airfilter, did the clean airmod, adjusted my cam chain, changed my exhaust. dont know what fixed it but its better now.
Re: can anyone beat the f4i bog
for years i never really knew what this bog thing everyone talks about was. then last weekend out of nowhere it feels like one of my cylinders cuts out below 1500 rpm. Im way overdue for a CCT, and have the original plugs from 02 in there. Hopefully when i fix both of those issues, it'll go away.

check your airfilter too. ******* sucks becuase it does come out of nowhere.
Re: can anyone beat the f4i bog
Ok, I did the clean air mod and now it won't hold an idle at all and goes up and down by itself. I guess I'll be putting it back to stock because I can't get access to sync gauges. It still bogs like crazy but only on the low end of the rpm range. The throttle response is normal over 3k rpms and only after it gets warm. This is really frustrating for circles. It was totally fine one day and the next day I fired it up it was bogging so bad I couldn't ride it. Help....

is the sensor on the air box still hooked up? What about the little vacum plug that goes to a sensor that attaches to the air box (I think its the map sensor?)
