I have been going at this throttle recolation for the 03-04 636 for about an hour now..

With new dirt bike bar set up, i cannot seem to get a good snap return of the cable...have tried putting it through every place i could..the only way it works is if the airbox is off.....how are you guys routing yours?

also, what are people doing about the tip sensor..is their a bypass, or must it be drilled and place silicone in the holes??

 

you may just need to adjust the cables there are two adjustments right by the top end of the cable and yes the tip sensor needs to either be taken apart of filled
