overflow bottle

hi,
just finishing off setting my bike up ('95 zx6 f1) but i need to move or change the overflow bottle because its right in front of the engine mount bolt (so i can fit the cage on) would a drinks bottle do the job and if so am i right in thinking all i would need to do is feed two tubes in through the top, with one that goes all the way to the bottom and the other near the top?

Re: overflow bottle

i used a fiji water bottle, two hollow brads from Lowes plumbing department drilled two holes (smaller than the diameter of the brads) and jb welded it, then threw some hose on it. you also should route the overflow hose (top hose) above the radiator cap or you can cause a siphon
