Where To Get Insurance For A Show???

so a major yearly event is coming up soon. which covers all aspects of motorcycling, bike building, freestyle motorcross, mtorcross racing and so on...i have spoken with event coordinater and they have not locked in a stunt team yet...other groups have done it in the past years, but they all have had their own insurance...guy tells us we cant do a show, without our own coverage. they will not provide insurance either...its a big event, its local and indoors. SO WHERE THE HELL DO I GO OR WHO DO I CALL TO GET INSURANCE...is it even worth it to try for it? thanks in advance for any helpful opinions or options or advice

If you call around to some insurance brokers, I've heard you can get "Event Insurance" for around $300-$400, for the day.

3-400$ is a steal. Most places require a minimum of a million dollars worth of coverage, which usually ends up being 1,000$ for the day. At least thats the going rate around here.

Insurance is frustrating, and none of the promoters ever seem to understand the cost of it.
