Body/Ankle protection

Hey, I was wondering what some good kinds of protection while stunting are. Mostly im interested in lower leg support. I broke both legs over the summer from stunting while only wearing skate shoes and wondering if there was a boot that is specificly made for stunting or one thats really good for it. Also, i would like to know how much a spine protector helps in a fall. There are other posts on the other kinds of protection (knee/elbow pads) so i wont even bother asking that. Any input would be great, thanks

I have an icon vest, not sure how much they would protect your back in a nasty crash. But I crashed a sitdown and slid on my back for a ways, without a scratch. Better than rocking just a t-shirt .

+1 I want to know also

not really looking to spend "baller money" on boots... would like to find decent prices on something..

I know my friend wears thor knee/shin braces that cost like $14 a pair.. Would like to find some good riding boots for under $50 a pair if I can

Recently rolled my ankle and broke my foot in 3 places... I GOTTA start wearing boots for stunt riding...

But only wanting boots that got slightly above my ankle, can't stand full on MX race boots!

Re: Body/Ankle protection

I st got some Icon boots that are real nice. They are high enough to cover your ankle. but doesnt go up over them much. they are alittle heavy and need to be broken in, but they work well for all the stunting i do...kinda expensive though...
