The Dakine stuff is too foamy for me. The little paralellagrams or whatever shape tear off after some abuse, then there's not much traction. I like the stuff that is more rubbery. It's slicker when it's cold, but much more durable and even stickier when it's warm. Sorry, don't know what it's called of where to get it. My boy had a sheet laying around...LOL

It stays on well, it's just that those raised foamy shapes start to tear off. It's probably just due to the fact that all 235 pounds of me is supported by those little shapes in one small area....LOL

i dont care what anyone says... go buy your surf board grip or stomp grip... my tank is done with about 1/16th of a bath tub mat.... just cut off the suction cups and glue on.. its grippy as ****
