Hey everybody Ive been running an ohlins damper and Ive noticed that it has a little bit of slop back and forth, Ive had it rebuilt and still the same thing. I had a hyperpro before I changed forks and it had no slop and I never got any headshake. But with the ohlins I get a little headshake every know and then but last weekend at stuntfest I blew out my ohlins and got unconrollable tank slap and almost went over the bars at 70. Anyone who saw it knows how lucky i am. To get to the point though Im know looking for a new damper because I dont trust ohlins anymore. Has anybody noticed if any other dampers have that slop, rotary or tube style. Also has anybody run dual dampers on an f4i. Im rolling in the 7-800 foot range and am not taking anymore chances.
