handbrake clutch positioning

i was wondering which way is the easiest does it matter which one is on top an what position does my hand have to be in to grab both cause ive seen guys do ss coasters wit there bike pegged out an ive just been confused with it there might be a thread already but i was to lazy to look so if someone knows how to get right to it it would be appreciated

i like my clutch on top index finger on the clutch and middle finger on the brake
