The tyre is flat because the valve broke and was leaking. I'd start at 25psi and within about 20 mins it was flat 
Now have new tyre, fixed valve and 20 psi :YEAH

whoa, 25-30 psi's, that's a lot isn't it? that makes me bounce and wobble on my zx.
Is that just for your circles? b/c I am not there yet.
