Install f4i fairings onto my f4? that means differant headlight and differant tail

 

its never been done before.

 

ok....but is it possable...will the f4i headlight mount right up with the f4 headlight bracket? and can i just switch motors....they mount up the same right?

 

For the front fairing you will need:
Front Fairing
Headlight
Fairing Stay
Windscreen
F4i Intake Tubes

For the Rear:
Rear Fairing
Rear Subframe
Both Seats
Rear pegs if you want them
Maybe More i'm not positive

To do the engine:
F4i Engine
F4i tank (different fuel pump or something)
Maybe the airbox, im not sure and maybe other **** too

Also i am sure i'm missing **** so if you search itll work as i have a bunch of topics about do the same things on here...Good luck

But basically if you want your f4 to be a f4i, you need to spend a shitload of money, and by the time you spent all that money you could have sold that f4 on ebay, and just bought a nice f4i...and you wouldnt have to worry about the work

 

If it's gonna be a stunt bike it's not really a good idea. just gonna be alot of money spent for what........a look

 

the fule pump on the F4i is in the fule tank, and in the F4 its on the tail near the footrest.

The F4i is fuel injection.

the air box is diffrent.

trickshow, I have some lightly rashed yellow f4i plastics all cut out for a SI cage. two sides, tail and the front fairing, even the stay, pm me if interested

 

you would need airbox and injectors as well.

and little things like the seat catch, both seats, airtube covers as well as tubes,

youd need a serious amount of bits to do this.. it would be easier and probably cheaper to sell yours and get an f4i.......

Yea i'm always on ebay looking at bike ****...even though im poor and can't buy it

But Trickshow, do you have any problems stunting your f4, is there anything i need to really look towards getting other than the standard stunt gear, so the bike doesn't get really hurt? Not trying to steal your thread btw

I've had no problems stunting my F4, bullet proof bike just overfill the oil and get a decent cage and have fun.

 

rock it as a f4 then put a f4i motor in it later

 

i did the F4 into F4i tail conversion this past summer and besides the fairing, subframe, seats, and pegs you'll also need the taillight and battery tray(the taillight mounts on the tray not the fairing like on the F4) and thats it it all mounts right up. make sure you buy a plastic fairing though dont make the mistake i made and buy a aftermarket fiberglass piece cuz its a pain in the *** to put on and take off the bike. i did the conversion for looks(banana seat is disgusting i think) but also its more comfortable when you wheelie cuz you dont feel like your sliding off the seat.
