foot wear?

Today I am out working on getting bp and staying there(far from it get like a second or 2) anyway went to far but held on and walked the bike down to 2 wheels, when I landed on my feet feels like I bruised my heel(hope that is all it is), tried again straggered landed hard again on same heel made it hurt more and let go, broke rear brake level. I wear airwalks, but thinking I need something better, but what? work boot, riding shoe/boot. Let me know what is popular a works. Thankz.

Re: foot wear?

Get some shoes with ankle support and throw some gel insoles for better support..

Theres various shoes out there designed for stunting in mind!

Re: foot wear?

Personally I cant stand boots. I need to feel the pedal, So I rock skate shoes. And as for the bruised heels it sux but you just have to deal w/ it If you dont wear boots.
