Talking wheelies

I have a r6 and i want to be able to ride wheelies better and be able to shift threw gears while rideing wheelies should i go up a few teeth on my back sprocket and if so how will that affect the performance of the bike? Any advice any one!!!!

Leave your bike stock... Learn balance point and there will be no need for shifting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're serious about this please sell the bike or we will scavage it when you total it and cry to the insurance company.

Get a bigger sprocket, Hand brake, and new power bands you should be set!

just take your time man, learn with stock gearing, dont shift, dont throttle chop it either, and try to stay relaxed

ok really? a powerband? c'mon now this has to be a fake post.. if you think you have to buy a powerband you should not be able to look at a bike. We need a newb filter on here

i have two powerbands fitted to my 02 GSXR600 and it still won't lift in 1st, am i doing it right, stand on back begs and rev the bike in first?

Has anyone else made a wheelie button, HAI have stopped selling them, and i want one cheap cos i don't wanna spend too much learning this stuff
