No, stick w/ stock. The more gearing you add, the choppier your wheelies will be until you have your throttle control on lock.

larger sprocket in the rear = slower idle speed = slower wheelies

Re: sprocket size

slower wheelies is what i want. im just getting my balance point down to where i can get slower wheelies but i find that i have to give to much gas to get up at 5 to 10 mph but when i go to 15mph its much smoother. will that help me get smoother lifts at low speed?

most of the guys here will tell u to learn on stock sprockets...

if you dont know bp yet and u want 2 learn at a slow speed be prepared to crash a lot.. i've laid my bike down 4 times so far.. been practicing slow wheelies for 5 days and still dont have it yet..

it gets jerky when you make big changes to the sprockets.. it comes up much easier though and my bike was bogging down when i tried popping it up at 2-3 mph until i changed my sprockets..

i'm no expert but i know 1 thing.. if you want to learn on slow **** be prepared to crash cause it WILL happen... hurts a lot less when you fall at 5 mph then 50+..
