Do any of you guys wear boots to stunt. Or do they suck for feel. I have been rocking just normal shoes using with soccer shin guards and ankle supports and ****. I'm gonna go out and kill 12s and slow **** over the next few months and am expecting to fall. Are boots worth it? Do they break in pretty good? I have some $260 SIDI cant decide if I should go with em or return em.

 

I don't like boots...you can ride in 'em but whole leg is too stiff...aldo they will shure save you from injuries...try it out and decide for yourself...

 

if your talking about those funny plastic boots racers use. I have seen 1 guy use em but never asked why but he had them on every time so I think he liked em. No one else around here (mn area) has ever tryed them mabey do to price? don't know just my 2cents...

 

I wear my Sidi Vertigos when I stunt. I have no problem with them. I am not doing mad combos but there is no problem with running the rear brake and moving around with them.

I'm the only person i have seen stunt and ride in race style boots (and leathers under jeans) but i do want to switch to a good stunt shoe if i can find ones with good "armor" in them to give my toes and foot some type of protection other then flashy colors. The boots took about a half a day to get use to. Now it feels wierd if i ride without them or the leathers under my jeans.

 

What leathers do you wear under the jeans? Could you pm me a link? Does it get mad hot!?
