i broke the ram air on my 05 636....this is probably a stupid question but are their any advantages to stays?....they look stronger but what would that do for you?...just not brake as easy...

 

they wont break and if you end up rolling your bike (depending on speed) it can save your tank, res and other things from getting broke. i would think it would help from your windscreen from flexing while doing hc endos

 

also when your stay breaks it put all the weight of you plastics on your radiator which can rip the top of your radiator off

there are more houses in forclosure right know that its a bad time to invest most people going into forclosure owe more then the house is worth ..

unless you can get the bank to do a short sale and let the person sell the house for less then whats owed rather then forclose on it it's hard to find a deal right know

i actually made a stay last night for mine ....

its no johnny p stay but it's better then plastic....

i had reinforced the stock one because i knew that they broke and it held up for two years but i mouse trapped a highchair and was basicly putting all my weight on the wind screen so.........

 

oh and no i don't have an 06 lying around ..lol

or if you know of a way to renforce those little screw holes on the far left of that pic thats what snapped

johnny p makes them out of aluminium all cnc cut and tig welded nice ****

 

o well ill just let my front end hang a little bit for now , dont want to order another one right now

 

you are gonna break you radiator if it's like the 03 the radiator is bolted to the plastics and when the stay beaks it rips the top of the radiator off
