I can do good wheelies sitting but i am havin a hard time doing standups. The way I have been tryin is once im in a good 2nd gear wheelie, i try to stand up. Sometimes it works ok but the front tire usually jus drops. Any advice??...Thanks

 

best to start staggered first gear.

you can also do cheap *** staggered by putting your left leg on the rear peg. then start the wheelie sitting down. it's then easy to raise up when the left leg is on the rear peg.

 

do a higher wheelie and give it more gas when you stand up

practice practice practice. Each time try to lean back more and go higher little by little. Read more practice more..Good luck

 

just get comfortable standing on the pegs before you try to do wheelies...stand up on the pegs and ride around to get the feel for it, then clutch it up after you get used to standing

 

Thanks the the tips, i usually power up wheelies, i need to work on the clutch up, or does it make a difference?

Clutch is the proper way to wheelie.
If you are new expect to get a lot of **** at first - its hazing.
Refrain from asking questions until you have searched or read quite a bit because anything yo uwill ask has probably been asked 1000 times before.
