Re: Pictures of my cage(any suggestios)

so this is personally made huh?

I say do both. the more support you have the better. I have bad luck with cages and ripping frames a part, so If you are only going to do 1 option. I would most likely go with attaching the back part of the cage with the other side of the cage.

Def. lemme know what the outcome is. Looks good man. Good work.

Re: Pictures of my cage(any suggestios)

Stiffer the better, but also the higher the better. That cage looks like it sits really low on the bike, and the problem with that is the bike will roll up onto the clip-ons very easy. Try putting a higher mounting point on there for your 2nd "catch" point but also use that point to put some sort of delron slider or possibly a spring loaded slider. Just something to help prevent the bike from rolling up over itself.

Good points, but higher mounts on a 600rr isn't really an option.

Re: Pictures of my cage(any suggestios)

These are pictures of guy who is selling his 2003 600rr on ebay . It has regular sliders . The right slider is damaged .

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2003-...QQcmdZViewItem

And this is a company that sells spring loaded sliders . I don't know how good they are . There are probably more companies that make them .

http://stunt.ca/forum/store_us.php

And here is an old thread about spring loaded sliders .

Here is another link .

https://www.stuntlife.com/forums/2-s...loaded+sliders

If you go to the top of the screen and click on the search option , type in Spring Loaded Sliders , and you will find more threads about them .

I hope that helps you

I like your custom cage . It shows that you guys are creative . And that counts alot
