need help b-4 my swing-arm gets sawed in 1/2

recently put on a 60 tooth rear sprocket and its starting to eat away at my swing-arm. do they make a chain roller for this? or is there ne ideas you guys can help me come up with to solve this problem? ne help would be great. Thanx.

I put a 56 on my 03 r1. I just took a 3 inch cut off and cut a corner out of it. It seems to be holding up just fine. I used to wonder why everyone stunted 636 and the old F4's...well now i understand.

My friend had a 60 thooth on his 929 and never had any problems.....not sure whats happening with yours

move your wheel back add a link to the chain

i cant add another link to it. if i do the chain will have way to much slack in it.
as far as any pics i cant get my camera in that part of the swing arm for you guys to see ne-thing. appreciate the help though.

if the sprocket is hitting the swing arm you have too move the wheel back or get a smaller sprocket ...
am i understanding your problem correctly?

yup, it sucks b-cause i really dont want to go smaller on the rear sprocket.
