Hmm I neve rgot tired riding. I got arm pump but being out of breath not really unless I did a chainsaw burnout that **** is tiring. Well i know your heartrate is going to be up there cause of the adrenaline pumping from riding especially when you're just trying.

Re: HEALTH and stunt riding......questions

if u almost crashed, i wudnt blame u.
yeh green does mean go, so im back on that sticky-yicky-icky

but yeh, its because i have a heart problem (bundle block). so basically im only working with half a heart. an adrenalin rush cud cause an anxiety attack if too hard

Re: HEALTH and stunt riding......questions

I have always wondered who here really goes to the gym ever. If you look alot of the tops riders out there they are pretty jacked up. Biggest is J brit then D from what I have seen in person. I think working out and being in shape would help. I have off all winter from work so I decided to start going to the gym to see what I could do, I mean **** I am only 155 now and trying to get to 170. It seems the the bike man handles me more then I man handle it. So I figure work out over these cold *** winter and see if it helps in the summer riding or not but we shall see.

When I came to school in Aug I was 154, just hit 165 in Nov. I swim and add in a wight routine as well and it F-ing does the trick! Drink all the beer I want at school and not have to worry about gainin weight from fat! (by the way that is with no supliments or anything)

Burial I would reccomend any tpye of cardio with the heart cond. Really man put in an hour or more a day if you can. Then add some weights in as well if you want to bulk up alot more. If you want some more muscular endurance (if you are having muscle fatigue problems while riding) then do more reps (12-20) with a little less weight.

If you have any question shoot me a PM or something, more than glad to help ya out.

Re: HEALTH and stunt riding......questions

can't tell ya anything about a workout, but I can tell ya this... if you are anywhere close to being tall, an R6(especially '03+) is not the bike for you, ergos are hella tight on them things, same with 600RR's.
