Exclamation circles

i just started trying to learn circles and thing are going along ok, problem is somtimes on my 3rd or 4th circle it seems like the circles start getting to tight,need to know how to counter this also when is the best time to bump throttle Im going in at idle and working the brake and can get about 7 or 8 0's most of the time and then i start getting dizzy where do i want to focus my attention so this wont happen. Any help would be great......
