clutch VS brake

Guys, simple question
which is better to use for a hb setup, hydraulic clutch system or flipped master cylinder or r they just the same?

A hydralic clutch won't give you the feel of a master cylinder plus they are not designed to push the same amount of pressure so I don't think that u would be able to use one effectively

i have a clutch master and it works great, very touchy, only thing i dont like about it is the hose from the resevoir comes out the top so to keep the lever close the clutch must go under the HB master cuz the stock clipons arent long enough

ok, say flipped is better then what next?
set up the MC, plumb the line to the cylinder using the reservoir hole then where does the reservoir go?
There is no single HB setup here in Thailand so any close-up shots will b highly appreciated
