Pulling it up when you are off the bike...??

I always see in videos when they stand next to their bike and pull it up to about 11o'clock and then jump on the seat and ride off. Is there a secret to pulling it up when you stand there or is it pretty much self explanitory. ?? help me out ??

Darius makes it look so freggin easy.... I read a thread a wile back on people trying this, do a search and find it. Props if you have the ***** to do it, and yes remember to jump or your arms will hurt the next day.
