is anyone else having trouble getting the 06 gsxr 600 to clutch up in second

i was also thinking that maybe i need to adjust my clutch is their any rule of tumb for that

no bullshit, these new gsxr600 are the damn easiest things to wheel. That d@mn thing comes up in third. Second no prob for seat standers. you might just have to get use to the bike.

My 05" 750 comes up like nothing @ 8K. If clutchin it doesnt work out for you, jusy try powering once...... keep her in first though, you'll see...

hahahah ya he was. i would def say get used to the bike it will come up, with everything stock you gotta give in a bit more juice. becareful cover the brake

My friend has a new Gixxer 600. He has no problem doing stand ups in 2nd. He does have problems with both feet on the pegs. Definitely put your left leg on the rear peg. Just learn to run the rpm's if you have problems using the clutch, even though we have never had problems...................If all fails sell the 600 and buy a real bike. 600's are to small of a bike if you ask me....They're just no fun!

actually thats where i learned to wheelie i went out a little while ago and we just ripped some high speed **** it actually was alot of fun. So thats not always a bad idea.
