clutch or power?

was talking to 2 of my friends today one powers wheelies and one clutchs it.

one guy said its safer on the bike when you clutch cause it doesnt starve it of oil like powering it.

other friend said bullshit there is no need for a clutch just power it up.

i dont need to clutch up my bike but if its better on the engine i'll start doing it.

how is clutching it better? i thought it ****ed up the plates in the box?

Re: clutch or power?

both friends are retarded ... the one that told you to clutch it is just less retarded

if you want to wheelie the right way learn to clutch them

Re: clutch or power?

Clutch everything up.. i dont care if your riding a zx-10 with a 70 rear tooth.. CLUTCH IT.. power is useless by the time you get it up and balanced your flying down the road and are almost out of rpms.. If you clutch it low you get it up high and you still have all the rpms left to use..

dont know for sure but your trying to stunt, nothing to do with it is good for your bike. there is no box by the way its a clutch basket that the plates go into and its replaceable when it either breaks or gets really badly grooved, that happens from just riding hard.

doesnt hurt anything ... as long as you arent riding the clutch ... a quick slip wont do anything ... most of us are cluthing a bike up over a hundred times a day ...
